Join us for this short lunchtime talk from Newcastle City Guide Marion Anderson.

With a wealth of knowledge of the North East, Marion will share the fascinating stories of some of the well-known, and not so well-known women of the area including suffragist and educational reformer Emily Davies, and Mary Ann Cotton, subject of the TV mini-series Dark Angel and often cited as the first female serial killer.

The Tyne Theatre and Opera House box office is open for phone and in-person bookings from the 1867 Cafe Bar 10am-3pm Mon-Fri (or until show start if there is a performance that evening + an hour before weekend performances).
