*Exclusive pre-sale ticket links will be emailed to the email address you have provided at 10am on the day of the pre-sale. These are private links that can only be accessed by members of our Friends Club.

Terms and conditions

• We will contact you once we receive a notification of your payment and confirm the details regarding your membership.
• You will receive private links that can only be accessed by members of our Friends Club. Friends’ Club pre-sale links are for the use of Friends’ Club members only. Any booking made during the Friends’ Club pre-sale by anyone other than a Friends’ Club member may be cancelled.
• We prohibit the resale of any tickets purchased in the Friends’ Club pre-sale for more than face value. If you find yourself being unable to attend an event where you have booked tickets in the Friends’ Club pre-sale, you can try to resell your ticket on Eventim’s resale site FanSale or call the office for advice. If we learn that pre-sale tickets are being sold for profit, we may cancel the ticket booking.
• Any violation of the terms and conditions will result in the cancellation of the membership.
• The membership fee is a charity donation to the Tyne Theatre & Opera House Preservation Trust and non-refundable, even in the event of membership cancellation.
  We reserve the right to update or change the benefits of a Friends’ Club membership
