Tyne Theatre & Opera House’s 1867 Café Bar is the perfect place to come for a daytime refreshment or a pre-show meal. It is also the home for the theatre’s in-person box office sales.
You will be able to buy tickets, hot drinks and sweet and savoury treats from 1867 Café Bar (entrance on Westgate Road). We also serve pre-show alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 11am.
We have a light bites menu is served 12pm – 3pm Tuesday-Friday and before performances, while our sourdough pizzas are available before the majority of performances.
