Join Tyne Youth Company (TYC) for a performance of Honk! Jr, a heart-warming celebration of being different, based on Hans Christian Anderson’s The Ugly Duckling.

With its witty script, unique charm and memorable score, Honk! Jr treats audiences to equal amounts of laughter and tears.

Music by George Stiles, Book and Lyrics by Anthony Drewe

This amateur production is presented by arrangement with Music Theatre International. All authorised performance materials are also supplied by MTI

TYC is Tyne Theatre & Opera House’s in-house youth company, offering weekly training sessions and performance opportunities.

The Tyne Theatre and Opera House box office is open for phone and in-person bookings from the 1867 Cafe Bar 10am-3pm Mon-Fri (or until show start if there is a performance that evening + an hour before weekend performances).
